Member Survey – tell us how we’re doing
Dear Colleagues:
As we continue to move forward in providing value to our members, one of our main priorities is to better understand you – your needs, your pressure points, and what’s important to you.
Our Doctors of BC members’ survey is a key way that we can connect with you, hear your views in the areas where we are providing excellent value, and where can make improvements. You will receive the survey on Wednesday, February 21st, and I hope that you will participate.
The survey will come via email from Doctors of BC with the subject line “Doctors of BC Member Survey: Tell us how we’re doing.”
This survey is being conducted by TWI surveys and should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete. Be assured that all responses are anonymous and confidential.
The first members’ survey of this kind was conducted in 2016, and provided us with a benchmark from which we are able to measure any changes in subsequent years. The survey seeks to determine your level of engagement and satisfaction with Doctors of BC, and is different from the Health Authority engagement survey sent previously.
Upon completion, you can choose to enter a draw to win one of two free one-year memberships to Doctors of BC. Should you wish to enter the draw, you will need to provide your name and email address, but be assured that Doctors of BC will not see this information as your response goes directly to TWI Surveys.
The deadline to respond is midnight on Wednesday, March 7th.
