A dedicated space to provide comfort and support for patients, their families, and staff members at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital is now open.
Known as ‘The Gathering Space’, the newly renovated $400,000 room, centrally located on the hospital’s first floor near the emergency department, is the latest addition provided by volunteers of the Nanaimo Hospital Auxiliary.
