This handbook is designed to help acquaint you with the purpose and functions of Nanaimo Medical Staff Engagement Society & the Nanaimo Medical Staff Association, how we engage with Island Health and your role as a Director at Large. In addition to this handbook, the onboarding process will focus on learning and mentorship pportunitieswith the current Executive Members and the NMSES Executive Project Manager.
