Dear MSA Members,
Island Health is co-hosting a Cultural Safety event on November 21st in Victoria. Robin DiAngelo, one of the leading white anti-racist thinkers of our time will be presenting a conversation on white fragility and how we can all step into this space around supporting important conversations about racism in our workplaces and communities.
This event is in support of the Annual Priority to embed Cultural Safety throughout Island Health, and will be a great evening to further your own knowledge as well as provides ideas for how you can step into this important work.
